CHASTITY BEGINS AT HOME

'Spare the rod, spoil the child'. Discipline has always been introduced to males early in life, often administered by mothers and female siblings. From there, during a boy's formative years, he finds himself at the mercy of Female teachers and classmates, and eventually, he resigns himself to enduring the intimate agonies - both mental and physical - inflicted by girlfriends and wives, in cahoots with their mothers, sisters and friends. It was ever thus.

Under the Femocracy, this progression will be more formalized. It will become a widely accepted part of the typical domestic dynamic, and consequently, the lives of males. Since fear and humiliation have always been a big part of maintaining discipline and effective punishment, the norm will be that young men will be assigned much older Female disciplinarians, while older men will find themselves in the hands of cruel young Ladies, often working in pairs or groups. 

From an early age, males will be left in no doubt as to who is in charge. Their mothers will impose their own strict regimen, and will also engage the co-operation of Female relatives (a boy's sisters, aunts and cousins are often invaluable in this regard), various local women and when necessary professional disciplinarians to re-enforce the concept of ALL males being inferior to ALL Females. The involvement of young Female relatives provides them a useful education, and they will be encouraged to devise and participate in punishments and training exercises.

Additionally, young men will get the benefit of one-on-one instruction from experienced Governesses, and will be taught - in no uncertain terms - what is expected of them by their Feminine rulers. The fact that older women are are source of terror for many young men will be weaponized to the full, and as early as his teens a male can expect to find himself cowering at the boots of a stern middle aged - or even older - woman.

Older men, on the other hand, will be subject to the whims of young Ladies who are still exploring the full extent of their feminine powers. The Ladies will be given the space to experiment and discover their true natures, and become adept at manipulating fragile male psyches. Sometimes prone to being a little 'over enthusiastic', they will be given males who may be a little more resilient, their hides made leather by years of punishment and obedience training, and who might more acutely feel the sting of the ego-crushing orders given by their highly amused young Mistresses. Their natural lack of empathy towards 'dirty old men' should help them sharpen their verbal humiliation skills and help tap into any innate sadism that may lurk within their personalities. 

And in between, of course, wives and girlfriends will have the chance to mold their men in accordance with their personal wishes. Every household will have an area set aside for the purpose of administering discipline. Ladies will be encouraged to kit these spaces out to suit their own predilections and requirements, in line with the sort of training they wish their charges to undergo. Government grants will be available, and professional Dominatrices will act as consultants to help women construct and effectively utilise their personal facilities.

Indeed, the very concept of Matriarchy implies that the mothers are Queen, and even when a male is owned by a wife/girlfriend, her mother will loom large in the male's life, taking an enthusiastic part in tormenting the pathetic creature.

The use of 'co-conspirators' will be widespread. Not only does this situation instill a good deal of trepidation in a male specimen, but it also increases the Ladies' fun exponentially. It's a physical manifestation of the fact that ALL Females are superior to ALL males, and the 'sisters in crime' feel to these sessions is a most intoxicating pleasure for the participating Ladies. Co-conspirators should be chosen with the aim of inducing maximum dread and humiliation in the subject, and the most effective choices include ex-girlfriends, crushes, co-workers and family members - his and hers. In addition, males can be sent to visit professional Dominatrixes. 

Naturally, a Lady will be eager to share the fun with her friends. Males will have to become used to the red-hot glow of lingering shame brought about by being used as the entertainment for a large crowd of Mistress' besties, their mocking laughter still ringing in his ears long after their departure.

Once under the control of a wife or girlfriend, a male will find himself being trained to serve and amuse her in accordance with her particular needs and fantasies, and he will find himself under almost unrelenting pressure. Living under the same roof, there will be no escape from her 'tender mercies', and any slight lack of respect, disobedience or failure to please will be very severely dealt with. As her full-time plaything she can take her time to get into his mind and uncover and exploit every single one of his psychological hang-ups and weaknesses - both as way of making his training more effective and for her own rather delicious pleasure.

Living in the same house as your Dominatrix can be extremely challenging for a male, and of course, they will sometimes want to secretly pursue their own selfish pleasure as an act of rebellion. Naturally, this behaviour should be identified and eradicated swiftly and without mercy. At times, it may become necessary for a Female to make certain enquiries to ensure any such breaches of her rules are exposed and suitably punished. Luckily, the prevailing culture of the Femocracy will enable women to conduct the required investigations thoroughly, without fear of censure or inconvenient legal obstacles.

Once a Lady has her male specimen totally subjugated, there will of course be no question of sexual intercourse between the two of them. Whilst much of the torment he endures will be sexual in nature, that will be purely for the purpose of making sure he is deeply psychologically affected by her treatment, and actual sexual relief will be extremely rare, if granted at all.

However, the Lady herself will still have plenty of sexual urges in spite of - or increasingly, because of - the way her chattel is being treated by her. Cuckolding will become common, either with other Ladies, or with certain males who have been chosen for use as sexual objects.

Men will be expected to obey, serve and amuse their Female superiors in whichever ways they chose, from the cradle to the grave. Any failure to do so will be viewed by a male's Lady Owner as a deficiency in her training methods, and an obvious sign that her punishments are not sufficient to constitute a serious deterrent. As a result, her training regime will become even more strict and her punishments more harsh until the appropriate standards are met. And if all else fails, the Lady may decide a spell in the hands of the sadists at a Re-Education Camp is what you need. And deservedly so.
